The sky was absolutely clear today, with air temps in the high 60's. Soda Lake Road is in good shape, even after the 1.5 inches of rain the Plain has seen in the last two weeks. It looks like SLR has been recently graded. Panorama Road was boggy in the middle, but solid East of RC Ranch. There are cattle in the middle, and stock gates are across the roads. Elkhorn Road is closed between Hurricane Road and Soda Lake Road, barricades are up. Wildflowers are starting to bloom, see below, but it's still a little early. After this week's sun, next weekend may prove more rewarding for 'flower sniffers'. I didn't see hide nor hair of the antelope.
